The University of Guyana’s Broadcasting Service is a creative audio and video platform that brings to you live and prerecorded programmes from the students and staff of the university.
The Broadcasting Service aims to create diverse, quirky, educational, entertaining and engaging university content for the public. It provides a welcoming space for talk and discussion programmes of benefit to the community and of social and cultural importance to listeners.
The Broadcasting Service includes 95.5 INTELLIGENT FM at the Centre for Communication Studies at the Turkeyen Campus, Greater Georgetown, Guyana which also operates as a student training facility.
It falls under the University of Guyana Broadcasting Trust with the Department of Events, Conferences and Communications (DECC) guiding the daily operations.
